Shipping policy

Our shipping options:

• Various Carriers (our express delivery) (UPS, GLS, Purolator, FedEx, Canpar, etc.) All our express delivery packages include a tracking number, and delivery times are 2 to 4 business days for QC and ON, 3 to 9 days for the rest of Canada.
• Envelope Option (Canada Post): This option is still available, but please note that this option has an undetermined delivery time and no tracking numbers. This means it is at the customer's risk.
• Local Pickup: If you are in the Danville/Val-des-sources area, you have the pickup option available.

Shipping fees:

• A fixed amount of $12 applies to shipments with the express delivery option.
• Delivery is free for purchases of $100 or more.
• The envelope option is $5 and is the most economical, but it entails an undetermined delay and no tracking numbers.
